It should be an incredibly simple device...
Settings for adjustable intensity of shock, and the button that programs it to filter out your own magnetic field or energetic signature so that only other people get shocked.
There you go, make it happen.
I’m sure there are a lot of ways such a device could experience interference or simply malfunction...
It’ll undoubtedly take a lot of testing.

But I do think a very advanced singular device (small) could be invented to serve this purpose.
Ok Trix if ya like tinkering with stuff get a disposable camera take the to halves apart disconnect the flash from the capacitor connect 2 wires to the capacitor run them out the front of the camera reconnect the 2 halves. Your flash button then becomes your tazer charger .I used to make them for friends they pack a nice little punch
