Sometimes it's the only way we can see that we do the same kind of things we judge other people for doing...

But it's not a critique that can only come from outside of ourselves.

We can learn to look at ourselves and our behavior from an 'outside view' and learn to do this for ourselves.

It's usually only the people who know us the best who are able to do this though.

I'm not talking about trolls calling people out on their shit... although of course that is helpful too.

But the most meaningful are the critiques that come from the people who have been in our lives the longest.
