So we've all heard the stories about organ recipients taking on certain qualities of the organ donor...
One story that stands out in my mind is the heart transplant recipient who married the donor's wife, and later committed suicide in the same way as her late husband:

Of course in such situations, the different elements involved (home life etc.) would have to be investigated thoroughly to determine whether or not the recipient took on the same depressive traits as the donor, or if he simply became obsessed with the fate of the donor and eventually carried out the same act upon himself.
I believe everything that makes up "who we are" is stored in every cell of our body. All our traits and experiences are stored in the "body-mind" and there's not a single organ which is unaffected by this influence.
But I do think the type of organ received can absolutely make a huge difference in the impact of the stored memories upon the recipient.
The heart, as it is associated with emotion etc., would be the most profoundly influential organ to receive... in fact, many think that the soul is stored in the heart and/or the blood.
