A lot of times the guests have lag on their internet connection and if you interrupt them, they won't even hear you for like 5 seconds.
It just makes the entire interview totally awkward if there's any type of lag and interruption.
Interrupting and being all compassionate and whatever takes a lot of energy and effort too...
This guy for example, he's a great interviewer but I'm sure it takes a lot of effort to listen to these people and try to look compassionate and understanding.
Everyone has their own different style, and if you don't like Rich's then I suggest you don't watch his videos...
