Sounds like a massive load of BS to me, and I think it's all an excuse to round people up and force the next level of an already installed surveillance state.
I think they are using a particularly bad flu season (maybe THAT was the tampering going on here, not something newfangled) to convince everyone that this "killer virus" is real, and they are really just installing global martial law.
Maybe this was the only way to install their new monetary system... maybe they just saw no other way than this way. Crash the whole system based on some BS, then replace it. Shifts of power in all directions, maybe powers taking hold that otherwise wouldn't have been able to if they'd done a 'soft' roll out of the new monetary system instead.
Regardless I think it's all BS and this is just a way to install a new global system.
What better way to have everybody give up their cash, the die-hard "You'll never get me to give up cash!" crowd will gladly hand it over because ERMERGERD IT'S TEH INFECTEDZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *runs screaming

Conflicts within the government could become apparent at this time and just like any other crisis, it'll reveal true colors and separate the wheat from the chaff.
These government entities are not on the same page and are constantly working to undermine one another.
It will be interesting to see how it plays out... I guess. I'd rather pay attention to other things, and have been doing so for several days.
Doesn't mean I'm not assessing the situation anymore... I am just going for the meat and potatoes right now.

The most important, clear, crucial time for compiling information about any world event is within the first 48 hours. After that time, the details become muddied and overly complicated.
With a situation like this, though, the first month or so was the most crucial to stay on top of info as it was shared.
