They still taste pretty damn good...

TBH being stale goes along well with their intended flavor in the first place.

That's what kinda fish I'd be if I was a fish.

Look how cute it is.

Flounder taste good but generally have to be deep fried cos they contain a lot of parasites.

Agreed its a nice tasting fish ive eaten it raw in sushi but I think best battered and fried.
Ive tried grilling baking it gets to dry.
