I recommend something that includes asparagus. And maybe some mashed taters.

Quote:One of the rarest blood types in the world is Rhnull, sometimes referred to as 'golden blood'. People with this blood type have a complete absence of any of the Rh antigens. It was first discovered in an Aboriginal Australian and is extremely rare, with fewer than 50 individuals known to have Rhnull blood in the 50 years after its discovery.

Not at all surprising that one of the most rare and unique peoples of the known world would have this blood type.
Fascinating.

Always been my favorite but its kinda spensy.
Unless you own a Goat which I think you own a few Goats on here.
You should Milk them lol
But remember anything with high calcium will inhibit Iron absorption.
So don't have a glass of milk with a steak, you may as well be eating chicken.
And never put milk on your cereal only Water or Orange/Apple Juice.
Taking Vit C with Iron increases its absorption.
