When you cite the entire length of the video as being the violating content and the video isn't a blatant re-upload of your work, YouTube probably won't take your complaint seriously.

YouTube doesn't have enough staff to review every video. When somebody finally gets around to reviewing Aaron's allegedly infringing videos and doesn't find a good reason for the complaint, they're probably gonna be pissed at Scientology for wasting their time.
