i don't think any of this is deniable. i don't know how mauritania is doing these days, but a massive archaeological dig needs to be done there. i'm guessing this isn't actually a new discovery, it's just new to the public.

It makes total sense, especially when you consider what the Greeks and the Egyptians told the Romans regarding...

It also makes sense in the context of South American Gods being white guys with curly beards etc...fascinating stuff

they say there's a freshwater well in that center disc, despite the surrounding rings all producing salt water. i'd like to see an underwater drone sent down into that well to look for artifacts. i'm not sure how much could be found on the surface areas. atlantis got straight fucked by some sort of tsunami and then promptly sank under the ocean, only to reappear much later. most of the good stuff was likely washed away and or destroyed. :(

another great point...if an island chain in the middle of the ocean collapsed or say a huge comet slammed into the North American Ice Sheet then tsunami's would clearly reach that section of Africa...causing them to push into what was there before dynastic Egypt.

I believe the well is connected to the same freshwater source as Giza, perhaps...

a comet there could do that, but i would imagine the damage done to atlantis would be mitigated by the mountain range sitting between it and north america.

something happend ~12,800 years ago. something BIG. i'm pretty sure it's what got atlantis. i'm not sure if it was a full on earth expansion event or just a re-kachiggering of the wobbly axis. from my research, our solar system had a massive change to it at some point. the sun wasn't our sun, saturn was the pole star. i've not been able to determine if this was the change at 12.8kYa or if it happened much earlier. it's possible that the moon was brought here then and it caused all sorts of chaos on the surface.

yeah, that's an issue, trying to wrap ancient things in the context of what we see now. i'm not convinced those mud / sand slides went from west to east. to me, it looks like it was going the other way, from east to west. if we did have an event that raised the northern section of africa, all the water on top of it would have had to flow somewhere. to me, looks like it drained west into the atlantic, forming a lot of those lines of sand / mud.

agreed...same thing on western coast of South America...give expansion idea merit

i've long been a proponent of expanding earth theory. i look at dinosaurs and wonder what kind of caloric intake would have been necessary to move those behemoths. they'd have to be eating constantly, and eating foods denser in nutrition than we have today. turn down the gravity, and it's much easier for giant land animals to exist.

as far as expansion events go, i see there being gradual ones taking place constantly and also short term large expansion events. i also see these events as being more than physical, at least in certain cycles. i see the earth splitting like a cell in mitosis, not on a physical level but on an energetic level. it's like the earth grows its microbes [humans] and periodically enough of them level up, graduating to the next round, which in turn gives the earth XP allowing it to level up as well.

we have talked about this previously regarding the ancient forests etc...I certainly think you could be on to something, but then you have to accept certain things about the Earth that most people are not ready to handle or even consider under our current paradigm
