Okay I've sent the clip around to some people and they all seem to remark that it doesn't seem like a romantic/love thing between radio chick/dude. Like they were just friends and there was no romance thing there...

I don't agree with that, I totally sense romance between them especially toward the end.

FOR SURE.

It was more than just a friendly thing.

Maybe we do need a sequel.

I mean it's like 20 years too late for a sequel, but you know what I mean.

I mean I could TOTALLY see that WAY OVERLY DRAMATIC, LOUD piano music over scenes of them together having a nice dinner at a restaurant. I COULD TOTALLY SEE IT.

They could have kept it innocent and still worked some sexual relations into this movie.

Am I 100% disregarding the symbolic/allegorical nature of the actual story? Hell yes, because fuck that.

Fuck that ending... they should have gotten together at least for a little bit.

For real. It could have worked as a story.
