Lately, I've realized what being chill really means.

There's so much more to it than these tutorials even cover.

I want to do my own tutorial and teach people how to be chill.

But first I have to teach myself how to become chill at any given time.

It's actually a very physical process and depends about 80% on what you do with your body.

Intentionally, purposely becoming chill.

The chill states I have found myself in recently which have lead to these realizations have been accidentally achieved states of the deepest chill ever.

When I realized how unbelievably chill I was, I observed the way my body was positioned and the way my mind felt.

And now I understand how to achieve chill at any given time... now I just have to practice going into a state of chill on demand.

I can't believe how much more chill I am after cutting a lot of sugars/carbs from my diet. Almost like being on a mild sedative.

It's also interesting to note as great as this pictorial explanation of techniques are; it also means we aren't as natural as the other
animals in the kingdom of life. it's as if we have been systemically stripped of the common sense that God gave a horus.

I gotta tell you...

I think it takes a warm environment to be max levels of chill.

I don't think it would be as possible to reach max levels of chill in an environment which was temperately cold.

Unless one happened to be wearing enough clothing that they maintained an acceptable degree of warmth.

Of course this doesn't apply to places with a good heating system... if you're warm, you're warm, doesn't matter if it's cold outside.

I do think cold temperatures could impede proper chillaxment.
