A guy applies for a job. He has an interview on Friday. He goes to the interview. He gets hired, gets the job. His first day is on Monday. He shows up for his new job Monday morning dressed as a woman...
What does the employer due?
( it's not a joke or a prank, )

You don't just "show up as a woman" in crossdressing successfully in 2020.
You have to be androgynous first.

Not unless you're a grandmaster real life troll or something.

You watch how it performs and let it know any more flip flopping wont be tolerated because it affects staff morale. Make it undress so it can be quantified .

The answer is simple though; no validation of "grandmaster real life trolling." Let their tactics be ineffective. Zero response.
Validation is food; don't feed the troll. It will eventually fuck up and have grounds
for "ACTUAL" banning/dismissing legally.
