No one talks to me.

Yet my old mate from the young days finds me on FB.
Its crazy cos he probably the only person I ever trusted we did bad crazy shit together.
And suddenly he finds me yet im not searchable.
Just when I get locked in my prison home for doing nothing wrong.

I spent 20 odd years trying to abide by the law to not go to Prison.
Fuck I have built Prisons. Yet now I am in a Prison and I did nothing wrong.
And I have a 30 day ban on my regular FB account because of corruption.
And I have no one to talk to. And its about to explode badly.
And if it does explode God help us all.

meds only numb. healing occurs in the mind naturally but it needs to know this, not believe
what data is stating numbing is better than healing. numbing is easy. you don't even need
meds for that. alcohol, drugs, etc. 

the approach to healing is not something you see or read about in most books or tv or movies. 

science is now admitting things like meditation and yoga are part of healing a damaged mind from
trauma. healing is a process and doesn't come easy nor over night. it's like earning a degree from a
university in a hard course. will it be worth it if you believe it's legit? that's your perceptional preference. 

degree and good job brings access to more things to numb you. the unhealed traumatized self will always linger
unless the emotional mind is healed and problems will follow you know matter the money and all it brings.
