I think he has enough money to live from people who joined his channels plus his treasure channel still gets some views but I wouldn't think they be enough to earn anything from google.
Google does delete channels who they think are not economically viable for them. Aka channels who just do live streams for donations and memberships for money but don't get the views or subs to make Google enough ad money.
