No here's my theory...
I think it's a lie that O type blood is the oldest...
I think the other variations are the oldest, and they were from a former Earth age.
The Garden of Eden folks are the newest blood type and the most common blood type, O.

A is the oldest, B is the second oldest, AB is the 3rd oldest, and I bet you O is the newest blood type which is why there are so many people who have it.

The rarity of the AB blood type kinda makes me think maybe they are the originals.
Then A, then B, then O.
Cuz something just don't add up there otherwise.

So they are:
Laos, Myanmar, North Korea, Pakistan, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Thailand has the highest concentration of blood type B+.

I'm loving reading about all the different blood type traits and diet suggestions.
I like to read through the lists of foods and see if any on the 'avoid' lists are ones that I know I have problems with.
I'm looking at it in my spare time, I'll post anything interesting that I find.

Apparently there are NO beneficial nuts and seeds for the B blood type. There's a short list of neutral seeds/nuts. Sunflower seeds are on the avoid list, and that's definitely true...
Lastnight I had a little cheese snack plate and I had some sunflower seeds with it. Afterward I got so tired I literally went to bed at like 11:30PM.
Certain foods cause a blood sugar problem if they're bad for your blood type, apparently.
