Listen, it's all about FAT.
The GOOD fat.
That's what you wanna get plenty of.
It's also the only fucking way to lube your shits if you don't eat fiber (or gelatin).
Without fiber, your intestines don't get as clean... fiber cleans the intestines, pulls out all kinds of whack shit from your system.
People on the carnivore diet, as well as vegans and any other extremist dieters are some of the most fucking hypocritical people out there.
There is no "ONE WAY" to be healthy when it comes to diet... it depends on lots of things.
Donuts and candy aren't good for anyone. That's a no-brainer. However when it comes to just regular, normal, natural food... different things work out well for different people.
A lot of it depends on various factors like genetics, blood type, etc.
Extremism is bad no matter what.
And as far as doctors go, the more specialized they are, the weirder they are. Which is fine, I'm weird, being weird is great. But just because somebody's a doctor doesn't mean they're making all the right choices and it doesn't mean they're gonna lead you in the right direction.

Medical doctors are generally not well informed about nutrition. Their mindset is one of fixing everything with pharmaceuticals and surgery.

Yeah this is all true kind of the way I see it but I tried it and no way man without the fiber I can't shit.
And chickpeas and tofu has more Iron than beef.
Kangaroo meat has more iron than beef so does sardines and oysters.
Lucky for me my Dr does actually know about nutrition cos he is old and very healthy.
There is iron inhibitors in spinach need to boil it and turf the water.
Tea and coffee inhibit iron absorption so do unprocessed brans and some soy products.
