Belly breathing is where it's at...

There are links between shallow breathing and "anxiety". Stress causes you to take shallow breaths. Therefore the way to combat stress and "anxiety" is to consciously practice taking deep 'belly breaths'. It's amazing that we're not even taught how to BREATHE properly. Yeah nobody teaches you how to breathe in the first place (LMFAO), but I also don't ever remember anybody pointing out the belly breathing technique either. The first I've heard of it has been in my adult life.
