Yeah, and you can put like a port-o-potty dealio on the property just so people don't have an excuse to dig holes and shit on the ground or anything crazy.
Some people out that way in AZ have built a small "bathhouse" type situation on the property, super simple wooden building with sink/toilet/shower.
I'd personally just go with a port-o-potty because there is way less opportunity for misuse of the area and it lets people know this is a place they are expected to move along from.

I would avoid renting out a camper/RV or anything though.
People gotta bring their own...
Nobody really wants to "glamp", they just want a place to park.
Every RV rental listing on AirBnb is retardedly overpriced, and the RVs usually suck.

LOL. Yeah the glamping stuff is ridiculous. Probably like a hundred bucks a night, lol. To sleep in an rv.

Yeah. I do want a normal residence eventually. I like manufactured homes, prefabs, mobile homes, etc. Actually, the most common prefab out here are the "shed conversions." The ones that people haul out on a flat bed, then drop down on a cement slab. That's about all you need to do, and they will permit it. I do want to get a gal out here...especially one that is into this stuff...and could help me out.

Fung, when you get all healed up, you can come build me a nice house for free.
Aim for $600k-1.2mil market value, something with a nice guest house I can kick it in while I rent the rest out on AirBnb...

Yeah that's the problem with using your property for camping, no matter where you are.

Yeah. My property is not huge though. So my neighbors would have a right to get pissed about campers. I have 1.25 acres, not 80 acres, which would be no problem for a camp site.
