Seems too 'social media' to me. WAAAAAAY too social media. This CANNOT be just a social media site... Bank sites don't feel like social media sites, and they shouldn't.

X.com/@username. Twitter.com already redirects URLs typed /@username anyway. Hmmm... Meh I dunno if that's a good move. Maybe it is, but it just seems like it's gonna cause username pandemonium. Twitter's username character limit is too short and already fucks things up as it is... all the names are taken.

And there's no way they're just gonna throw Twitter BY ITSELF up at X.com. Maybe they really are though, maybe this is just THE layout X.com is gonna have it's all gonna be under this Twitter formatted umbrella. Like it'll have a 'Videos' tab and a tab for the bank feature?? Lmfao. Agh, I mean. I guess it's safer than just springing a totally different looking site on people. He said he was gonna make the theme black though, whatever that means. I don't like 'Dark Mode', I never utilize it. Hopefully he just means black graphics on white background, as in not "Twitter blue" anymore.

What if they change literally nothing besides the actual fucking logo and there are no hints of any FUTURE features, or tabs sorting the existing features in the menu.
That would suck... no one cares what the logo in the corner is. They're acting like it's all about changing the stupid logo. It's about changing the domain name.

It'd be awesome if they made Twitter.com redirect to X.com...
With the different logo and domain name, people would feel VIOLATED!!! Lol! I guess that's why they're making X.com redirect to Twitter instead. They'll have to ease people into a forced redirect from Twitter to X... it would just be too jarring, and they would cease to trust Elon ever again.

Lmfao. It doesn't really work that way though... just cuz it goes live at a certain time doesn't mean we won't have to clear our cache.
Then again, if they make it redirect to X.com, it would be fresh cache anyway. Is cache still a thing? I don't know how the internet works.

I've been testing out certain URL combinations with x.com and I'm not impressed with the organization or lack thereof that I'm seeing. This whole change might not happen for a long time... maybe they'll change a logo on Twitter.com but I don't think the X domain will be live for a while.
