Kelli's new camera looks good. I think she looks great with no makeup. It's cool to see her clearly again.
I'm slightly concerned for her physical health though. Seems like there's liquid retention in parts of her body where it shouldn't be... water around organs.
She may be able to sweat it out... it'd have to be a full body sweat situation. Re-hydration with no extra salt in the water, if anything it should be lemon.
20:39 she says she had done YT vids for 6 months before she had her near death experience... makes sense as to why her content really changed tones from showering videos and cooking videos, to what she does now. Thank God for NDEs!

Apparently Kelli is opening a brick 'n mortar business... prolly a coffee shop. Seems logical.
Dunno about the area she chose though. Seems like some northern east coast stuff. Probably better than that Colorado winter wasteland hellscape, lmao.

I think her having a food place is a great and obvious idea since she's always loved cooking and has had her own seasoning product line.

Sell food online, Kelli, it's a commercial kitchen, you have no excuse not to.
The stringent rules around cleanliness, inspections, and the need to list a physical address on your products is what stops most people from selling food online, even though I FIRMLY believe everyone should be allowed to.
Come up with something that can be shipped, in refrigerated packaging, and also items that can be shipped without refrigeration.

She should set up a streaming camera in the kitchen and just stream it all day so people can watch all the time. That'd be badass. She'd have to get a tech person in there to set that up right though.

Like a camera in a corner of the room toward the ceiling, not just some vlogging style shit. The audio can be switched on and off. Best to leave it on though, that'd be way more entertaining.

So she said she IS gonna focus on the coffee aspect of it too. Coffee, sushi. Nice. She says she wants to do breakfast but she wants to keep it super simple, and quiche seems to be her focus. I think that'll work. Don't do all the bacon and the waffles and all that smack, there are plenty of places for that already. I would not pander to vegetarians/vegans. Fuck that. They don't need any more coddling and support for their deranged, self-hating ideology.
