No why would I? I eat healthy food. Im thinking about a Vietnamese pork roll with lots of veggies but no chili.
Or maybe a beef roll cos I had chicken yesterday. Or maybe a fish souvlaki.

Not to be hating on almonds, you can use those too. But it's just... why you gonna choose ALMONDS if you gotta choose a nut to put in a CHOCOLATE BAR??

Almonds should be raw, they're super good for you. Putting them in chocolate really is kinda like turd salad.

Macadamia's excellent choice but look into their iron/protein/fat.
Almonds can be toxic. There is better nuts.

Today I started off with bran and fruit.
Then I just cooked some washed brown rice with broccoli cauliflower carrots and green beans.
I put a tin of sardines and a tin of tuna in spring water.
I made 2 bowls, I put salt pepper a little curry powder some Chinese 10 spice some mince garlic n ginger.
It tasted ok if you can handle it.

I didn't like British milk chocolate. It had a caramel kinda taste to it.
The dark chocolate was great though. Cadbury makes a bar called Bourneville
and it's really good. Dr. Oetker makes a 54% dark chocolate bar that's even better.

It was my favorite. They're German though. I found a place online to order them here
in the US - imported - and that sets them at about $9 per bar with shipping. Ouch.
Worth it if you love them. Maybe I'll get a few as a birthday/Christmas present from me, to me. Ha.

I love this idea. We should all wrap ourselves presents and write notes/cards to ourselves.

How do you make collard greens Mercan style?
Ive watched quite a few videos, they all different.
Some even have mint in them.
Whats the standard collard greens? Its fucking weird I wanna eat em though.

Why the fuck would I make Mexican collards?? I'm southern.

I have no idea about that shit, but southern style is just fucking salt, pepper and butter son.

It ain't complicated. That's all greens.

Some people would put ham in it and throw in some garlic/onions, maybe some red pepper flakes.

But if I were doing it, I'd keep it simple.

I'm more of a spinach kinda person, but I will use collards or turnip greens if I don't have spinach.

You gotta throw all that extra shit into collards to make them palatable to picky people cuz they ain't the tastiest green on their own... but I don't pander to picky eaters, so I just dress mine up with the most simple spices and if I'll eat it, then you should eat it too.
