Apparently they recovered the stolen van. Surprised that wasn't his undoing.
If he keeps trying to steal vehicles he will almost certainly be caught.

The thing I find amazing is that he's not fat.

Crazy that he's staying around the same region. He must not be too bright.
Go to Party City and get a wig, go to Goodwill and score a dress and some shoes. Rub the wig in dirt to take off the shine and make it look more real. Wear a cutesy hat or a beanie over it, hoodie makes him look sus, it's not cold enough yet.

That's when someone is not "fat" per se but they are not toned at all. Flabby in some regions but still not "fat" over all.

I do very much doubt a female helped him escape though... he is not hot enough to be worth all that.
If he was at least 6ft. tall then perhaps he'd appeal to the common female sheeple more easily. He has a cutesy charm that only a middle aged, dusty womb would be susceptible to.
