I always thought Hocus Pocus was better back in the day but honestly... I think I like Halloweentown better.
The production value of HP was better just cuz of the cast members involved, they were big stars so the production had to be equally big.
But I dunno, Halloweentown is more carefree and silly than Hocus Pocus, it's good background noise.

I never watched Sex & The City so I dunno much about her, but Sarah Jessica Parker was hot as fuck in Hocus Pocus.
I wanna see more halloween movies, but fun ones, not scary ones.

I think it was in the second Halloweentown (2001) there was a scene where she was using a computer and the site was sooo cool, bubblegum pink graphics and the whole thing was sooo retro. It was a chat site where she was talking to a bot and it had a computerized female voice. It made the whole thing seem less dated. When the scene first came on and I saw her typing on an old school keyboard, I was like oh man this is gonna be cringe... but I ended up pretty impressed.

Hmmm. Some of these are kinda sad and not all that fun though.
Casper was one of my faves as a kid, even though I thought it was mega sad. Now I just wouldn't be willing to watch it at all for that reason.
Beetlejuice, seen it like 10 times, great movie though obviously.
Twitches is from 2005, that might be okay, I always liked the Mowry twins.
Teen Witch is a great one, haven't seen that one all that many times and I really like Zelda Rubinstein.

I'm looking at related movies for Halloweentown on Amazon...

There are some decent suggestions here. Mom's Got a Date With a Vampire (2000) sounds cute.
But nah. I think we need to narrow this down. I wanna see movies about witches.

A lot of these witch movies are dramas. Who the fuck wants to watch a serious witch movie? This blows, where's the variety???

Movies about witches should be at least 70% fun.
Practical Magic is a totes excellent witch movie on the dramatic side... seen it like 10 times though.

Yeah they were, I can remember the sense of wonder and excitement they filled me with when I first saw them in the early 2000s and it was so easy to play pretend and imagine yourself as all these magical characters. It's really cool to see them again, and it's such a different experience, but it still creates this magical aura around things. All tied in nostalgia, but really such a lovely walk down memory lane for me.

I absolutely love the idea of these 24/7 livestreams though, cuz if you think about it, it's simply a "TV channel" at that point. I wish there was a sorting/search function built into YouTube which shows ALL the livestreams, especially from verified channels like this. Lifetime channel needs one, Disney needs to step up and put up more, TVLand, the Discovery channel, ALL of them. And for free. Period. Free. It'd be huge. Maybe they're already doing it, I actually don't know... point is I see no way to search for them specifically, and that's the issue.

They REALLY fucking do. All those troubled teenager movies, the teenage killer movies, the surprise accidental pregnancy movies, roflmfao. They were such gold back in the mid-late '90s and on to like 2006, there was so much great made-for-TV goodness during that era. And a lot of the people who were in those movies are a lot more famous now.

I want a channel that shows nothing but Designing Women re-runs 24/7. Oh my God I loved that show. Delta Burke was my fucking JAM.
The opening theme was fire too...
Designing Women > Golden Girls. No contest.

OMG, and a Facts of Life 24/7 livestream... I need my Nancy McKeon fix, it's been way too long. I had such a mad crush on her back in the day, MADDDD. She was the female Fonzie, who was like my second crush ever in life.
