It's all MENTAL ISSUES.

She conned him into thinking she was a good idea... it was probably easy because he's likely often drunk like a true fucking loser.
Then once she had secured him, she let her mental problems blossom and bloom into a poison fusing with his own hang-ups and fuck-ups and weaknesses and general ignorance.
Then whenever she did some stupid shit based on being a mentally unstable, confused, selfish little taint, Johnny would go off the deep end (driven to the edge by her total idiocy) and then she would blame HIM.

I used to think Amber was sooo gorgeous. Until things started coming out about her.
When someone is a terrible person, it really kills any positive attributes they may have
had. Like with Johnny, I used to think he was one of the very few decent dudes in Hollywood
but his being buddy-buddy with HST raised an eyebrow, especially with all the weird chatter
surrounding THAT dude. THEN, when I found out that he held alan ginsberg in such high
regard, I KNEW it was over for him. ginsberg was a 60's beat-poet and NAMBLA supporter.
