It's just kinda crunchy, and in among other stuff that is super good, it gives this strange texture that feels like something I shouldn't be chewing/swallowing.
It's mixed in with some rice/beans/avocado/tomato/lettuce I'm eating, which is one of my favorite meals...
But this quinoa is throwing me off and I don't think I'll be adding it again in the future.

What does it taste like?
If you're eating iceberg lettuce, chuck it in the bin and go get some kale or spinach leaves or something.

Yeah you're right man.
You're totally right.
Quinoa doesn't really taste like anything, it's just...
Kinda crunchy and...
Meh, I dunno. The texture messes with me...
I am not a picky eater either.

Yeah, well, iceberg doesn't have any nutritional value, and it's not even decent roughage. If you're gonna eat green leaves, may as well make it count.

I never cared for it either. It's not made for a body that isn't Inca. It's not natural for European women to eat that. I think you would be better off eating potatoes Trix. I don't think you'll have a problem with them texturally.

Potatoes were only introduced into the European diet in the late 16th century. Funny how readily we took to them.

That's probably because lot's of European immigrants are in South America and they knew this would be good to share with their native people.

I mean it's not just immigrants to the New World. It became a staple for the Irish in Ireland shortly after it was introduced there. Unfortunately, they settled on a single breed that didn't grow well in wet climates, which caused a famine during the Little Ice Age.

No no, they were just regular thick socks that went up to the thigh. 15 years ago, I was way ahead of the times with my fashion sense.
