It was an "accident" due to mating between two species which "shouldn't have happened"...
https://www.gotquestions.org/pain-in-childbirth.html
None of the other animals have this problem...
I came to this realization after watching this video of a cat giving birth lastnight:
99% of cat births have no complications...
http://www.2ndchance.info/felinelabor.htm
If humans were engineered, somebody did a shitty job in this aspect...
And why? How would beings advanced enough to 'create' the human have such an oversight on such a huge issue as reproduction? They would be too smart for that.
They either knew and didn't care, and this was the best they could do to fuse the two species...
Or, it was a total accident.

I actually just thought about this.. I think it was yesterday, some movie or youtube video? Ugh I can´t remember that´s annoying

Anyway this woman had to have a c-section and it made me think about precisely this thing. Like... What happened in the old days when they didn´t cut the womans stomach open? She died?

Yes.
And in the animal kingdom, that's the rarity, so it seems.
None of the other animals express intense pain during childbirth.

There can be complications but it just seems like they're a lot more rare.
I saw something pretty fucked up happen to a hamster once.

The human baby's head is basically too big.
Considering the human brain is what makes us different from the rest of the animal kingdom...
To me this only hints that we were 'spliced' with something else, and whatever that was, it doesn't exist on earth today.

There are other things which suggest that humanity is either an 'accidental' mixing... or a very shoddy job of genetic engineering, one of them being wisdom teeth.

Nature wouldn't make those mistakes, but nature by proxy (intelligent beings tinkering around with things) could.
Nature also wouldn't arrange for those types of mistakes to happen by putting disparate species close enough together to reproduce.
So either two 'just compatible enough' species got together (and they never should have, so how did they end up near each other?) and their union formed the human.
Or two species were 'spliced' together, by intelligent beings, to create the human.
And as mentioned in the former scenario...
Either these two disparate species came together naturally, by insurmountable odds, or they were put together on purpose.

Maybe we´re a result of different types of ape-like creatures mixing for the last 10 million years or so..
i mean it says right in the bible that aliens came down and lived among us and fucked our sexy ladies
When people began to multiply on the face of the ground, and daughters were born to them, the sons of God saw that they were fair; and they took wives for themselves of all that they chose. Then the Lord said, “My spirit shall not abide in mortals forever, for they are flesh; their days shall be one hundred twenty years.” The Nephilim were on the earth in those days—and also afterward—when the sons of God went in to the daughters of humans, who bore children to them. These were the heroes that were of old, warriors of renown.

I mean that would explain some oddities at least... Some parts not being precisely fit for us because they remained after a mixing took place and we didn´t lose them through evolution because we managed to survive with those faulty or unfit "parts".
