Having said that, I 100% believe that Nikola Tesla invented time travel tech (among so many other things, using basically the same few general principles of reality/existence that he understood).
I've always had the feeling that Tesla, by using his own tech, was fragmented at least in two and continues to live in other realities/dimensions... basically he escaped time.

I mean what perspective/coordinate points are these 'viewers' showing segments of 'history' from?
Is it through the eyes of somebody there? From the perspective of an inanimate object? From the air?
Pretty important details right there.

I don't think this Basiago guy is lying...
However the tapes he's seen might have been filmed somewhere and used as 'evidence' in some setting that the 'viewer' time travel is real.
So he's not lying (in my opinion) but he may have been lied to.

Especially if they use a selfie stick and say "Ok Guy alright guys", then they are fake.
