Slimy wanker!
I've met a lot of recovering individuals who seem content to make a lifelong career of dwelling on their past trauma instead of getting over it and moving on. While recovery may be a lifelong process, it just seems to me like they're stuck in that "recovering" rut. The point of recovery, in my opinion, is to reach a stage where you can let it go. That's why I'm not all that interested in focusing on trauma these many years down the road. At my age, there's very little that can happen to undo the way my personality has developed. It would also take too much energy to keep the anger and resentment going for this long. That's energy I'd rather expend on doing something useful.
Are there people that create trauma as a part of their job?

yes. the mainstream media creates a lot of trauma on a daily basis. this was actually my first tip off years ago about alex jones, when he'd get in that mode of yelling and speaking from the point of the elites berating his listeners. i was midway through collating a video of such segments when i stopped. i did not care to produce such content, even if it was exposing it. it sickened me.
trauma based mind control is a matured system they've been employing for too long. christianity is actually one of these too, inflicting the trauma of fear and guilt to control behavior.
that was extremely well said original post , everything said very plainly
its scary to confront demons in our past whether we are the innocent victim or not
i have a huge problem with acceptance and forgiveness which are key to peacefulness
sometimes things are also confusing as nobody is perfect and life is a struggle for most
the more information we have the less easy it becomes to ascribe blame

Trauma creates a 'ripple effect'...
Immediately following trauma, one is put into 'survival mode'...
This mode persists for days, weeks, months, years.
Then the first 'ripple' of residual trauma damage hits, and there's an emotional come apart process.
After that, things smooth out again...
Then after one has 'recovered' enough from the previous trauma wave, and has the necessary fortitude to weather another one...
The next trauma wave/ripple comes.
And this is a successive process, until the 'ripples' are smaller and smaller.
Depending on the scope of the trauma, this process can last a lifetime.
