I have it-always. Supposedly you have a gene for it. The effect can last almost 20 hours or so, depending on the quantity consumed. And when it si available, I tend to consume a lot of it :)

It is and I actually like the taste of it but I still think it has a slight taste like Mussels which is weird because they are a shellfish and it is a plant.
