Everything you say can and will be used against you. The more you tell them about you the more they know how to manipulate you. Get off social media close your bank accounts start using cash. Don't take your phone with you anywhere. Get a new phone number every year. Wipe your phone every couple months to factory reset. Get rid of your patterns. When I say they I mean the demons that are watching everyone. It's the hive mind. They can pop in and out of anyone at snytime.

Environment I agree its part of it, but that is the challenge, to survive it. Everyone gets put in the wrong environment, some win some lose. The winners deal with it make the most of it kick back and enjoy the ride or break out of it.
