Cosmic Conversations with Marla Martenson: Understanding The Quantum Field

Book
Today on Cosmic Conversations, Marla Martenson is interviewing mindfulness meditation coach Donna Dzwonkas...

2:45 this is one of my favorite analogies re: programming the reality matrix. It's like putting in your order at a restaurant, you have to be clear about what you want. You gotta be consistent. You get exactly what you ask for. Get clear on your subconscious beliefs and change them to suit your order. No negative self-talk, no negative thoughts, no thoughts of doubt, etc.

6:28 more important points. 7:00 goes into 'mind over matter' and using this awareness to heal oneself.

Remove the embedded negative thought processes... they're just like parasites, ticks, leeches. Get 'em out, burn 'em. Always combat and replace negative thought processes with positive thought processes.

I really like Marla and her friend Karen Dahlman. I made a thread about an interview she did the other day...

They both have great content, great chicks.
