That's tough, I don't know how you get in touch with B actors and has-been musicians...this guy is probably not super unattainable or anything. It's just a matter of crossing paths.
But isn't he currently married?
At least in the 80s when I had a huge crush on Ricky Schroder from Silver Spoons, I could write him love letters and send them to his fan club.
