Your core temp stays the same though which is why your extremities get hot or cold to send more blood or remove blood from your brain heart lungs to regulate temp.
Generally ive found if your feet are cold in bed and are covered, they were probably cold before you got in bed. So warm them up first then jump straight in.
But 100 other reasons why you could have hot/cold extremities
