I've read the rule in general is the greener the better.
So dark green veggies are the best for health. I want some chard now.

Yes I've read that too, I actually do like kale and spinach a lot, I don't really eat much chard but maybe I will give it another chance since it's so colorful.
Butter lettuce is so good it makes me want to eat salad all the time.

Chard confuses me, are you supposed to cook it or put it in a salad?

To be honest, I am attracted to just eating leaves.
I would probably just eat it by itself. The most I'd do to it is put olive oil on it.
