Sometimes I also see their mental imagery, and typically I can feel their bodies and movements...

This is why I think people should be careful when they're in front of others remembering things they don't want them to know.

It's like they're looking at something on a screen in their minds, and I can see them looking at it through their own perception of themselves looking at it.

I think I'm pretty close to figuring out what allows this observation to occur...

Are they hyper aware, occupying a third person view at that moment, and does that create a 'passenger seat' in the perceptive faculties? 

It reminds me of the double-slit experiment, wave-particle duality.

I had to read that twice to even comprehend it.

Sometimes I will see these very accurate psychic scenes in my mind, they remind me of slow-motion reels in a movie, but I never thought about it being tapping into another's perception.

I just thought it was clairvoyance coming from some outside source looking in. I'll have to ponder this for awhile.

I sense things they come to me I don't go to them, they just come.
This one time I had this dream, it was about a place I had driven ridden past a million odd times.
I was seeing that something was wrong, the Police were there, someone died.
I remembered such a dream for some reason.
The next day I was at a place close to there, I lived far away, and a person was driving to get a pizza, and he rang to say that he will be late due to someone crashing their car into a pole and it going on fire.
I looked it up on the news, the guy got airlifted to hospital and died.
I said to the person next to me, wow that is just omfg I dreamed that last night.
She said wow don't worry about it dude.
It was the exact same place I was seeing in my dream with the same hurt sad problem.
I almost wanted to cry like I could have done something about it.
I get these things sent to me but don't know how to do anything about them, or, maybe I don't wan't to.

re: passenger seat - that's a good way to put it, someone sharing the journey of the moment, but there can be more seats. i'm attuned to many beings and things, many have attuned to me, and i've had people attune to me and pick up on the others thinking it's me. one of the strangest lessons i've had to learn is that a significant portion of `my` thoughts and feelings aren't actually mine. when picking up subtle harmonics with the subconscious, the ego has a tendency to relate it to you. such precepts must be discarded and the solitary themes must be filtered in order to properly process.

these skills tend to develop in those doing a lot of work with people, like retail or customer service or therapy. people become as obvious as a ringing tuning fork. good salesmen know exactly how this works even if it's not to the esoteric extent.

I really notice this sometimes when watching videos on YouTube.

It's happened to me when watching movies too...

Dude this story reminds me of that time I was watching a movie and I saw the film crew in front of the actor dude whose eyes I saw it through. It was a young dude, he was a kid basically. It was like a scene out in nature and stuff, I can't remember what movie it was. I was like WHOA. That's a first. LMAO! But I saw the crew and the cameras and this moving vehicle thing they were all on, in front of the actors. Through the view of the actor kid.

But it's not always "seeing"...

Sometimes it's just FEELING the presence of the other people, or of the situation in general.

It does seem as though another person there always acts as the channel...

Seems like sometimes they are just open to being pinged, and other times it seems as though they're "broadcasting" the experience hard, though they probably don't mean to.

I can feel into peoples' bodies and feel how they feel.

I can perceive in general through their senses.

But the effects are almost never as strong when it's consciously attempted...

It's when it's random that you see the most and feel the most.

It's for this reason I don't do it consciously, and I think it's an invasion of privacy as well.

When it happens randomly, it's okay because apparently, it was meant to be perceived.
