One doll looks like a pre-teen girl in ripped clothing with her hands tied behind her back and a gag in her mouth.

The manufacturer, a company called DKVFP, says the dolls are made for "men's learning skills."

DKVFP is just some Chinese manufacturer, you couldn't even speak english to them if you did contact them.

As evidenced by the years apart stories of this taking place, there will just be more bogus brands invented to produce them and Amazon will just let them back on the platform (again) once the dust settles.
