I was just watching the building site video and thinking you should build a yurt there. Not one of the big commercial yurts that's really just a hipster's idea of an alternative house, but a smaller hand-built one that you can assemble yourself.

I mean sorta.

It's just a deck with some tarps and mosquito netting.

I haven't gotten around to starting it yet though because I'm still trying to test out regular tents and mosquito tents.

Essentially...

It's all about finding a way to feel closer to nature whilst still being protected from the pests.

I know pests aren't a huge problem for some people, but for me, I'm pretty allergic and it keeps me from enjoying the outdoors.
