They're not gonna make a big production out of it, standing in the parking lot shaking their ass. The lot lizards would appear to be regular truck stop customers to the average person passing through. They might sit at the bar drinking coffee until a trick comes along. The truckers would get to know the scene because they visit the truck stops more often than other people.
It probably isn't very common. Some girls might only work a few times a month, like when their rent is due or whatever.
