I'm not trying to put anybody on blast or fuck things up, but what this guy's doing is a great example...
His is a real time example of the changes that are being ALLOWED.
So the device/machine itself has not been allowed to be replaced...
But what's taking place on the device is going to APPEAR LIKE MAGIC to the person who eventually gets the device back "fixed" or whatever...

So this is one example we already have IN THE MIDST of the retrograde that we can see how it works, we can see it at play...
So THERE IS an explanation to how these things are "inexplicably" being altered/changed, but like I said, in general we can't see or understand HOW it's being done.
It's being done by natural mechanisms, it's not "magic"... it's LIKE magic, it SEEMS magical. Fascinating.
