People like the owner guy will stay rich, but people like the YouTube dude will end up way worse off than a lot of those child actors you see who grew up and their lives went to hell. Only it's worse for the YouTube people cuz there are so many of them that no one will even remember them re: the general populace.

In a few years, he probably won't even have a job with them anymore. He needs to take what he can get right now, re: a girlfriend from his audience and any kind of promising job deal he can secure, because 10 years from now he'll be in the worst position of his entire life unless he makes some serious progress as a person.
He needs a legitimate coach/mentor... a much older man who can help him make some wise decisions right now while he has something to work with.
