Damn. The same thing happened to me once.
One day, I had a minor dispute with a co-worker. Afterwards, he was chatting with me like we were old friends. I assumed everything was patched up. Next day, out of the blue, our manager said the co-worker told her he felt threatened by me -- as in fearing physical violence. What the canonical fuck?!?
All I can say is, Sheets' (Mars Argo's) story rings true, while Mixter (Titanic Sinclair) sounds like a manipulative snake.
