Yes, the constant repetition is annoying. That doesn't make it any less apropos.
Read the comments of any video with a lot of views, and you'll find certain phrases repeated over and over because they didn't bother reading the comments before posting it again. In particular, "But can it run Crysis?" has been beaten to death.
