"We're all here cuz we ain't all there." Yeah it was great.
In the future I hope Zane doesn't really say much more about Priss. It's always best to leave a shroud of mystery around that kinda stuff.
Zane's viewership didn't really have any good questions that I can recall. I personally think most of it was just a bunch of stupid shit and Zane knows it. No offense to any of the viewers but... shrug.
And Zane DID ask if people had questions so it's not entirely the fault of the audience. That's true. But there's a certain kinda vibe that exists between Zane and his audience that is there when Zane is sober and in his right mind. It all goes back to what I was saying about Zane's tolerance level.
Bottom line is, it's gonna have to be understood that the audience is like a dumb little pet. Oh isn't it so cute! Look it was nice just then. Aww, oops, it just shit the rug! It didn't mean to. Ouch! It bit me with its tiny, annoying teeth! Gosh, did it mean to hurt me? Ah well... it's still cute, just look at it roll around!
It is what it is... and it'll just have to be handled as such.
There's no point in bending down to the audience and giving it a long talk, pointing the finger and using lengthy words to explain the whys and whynots... it'll just never understand.
Therefore it's only us who can manage the way WE respond to the audience and work the audience in general.
It must be remembered that at the end of the day, everyone simply wants to see Zane. That's literally it. He doesn't even have to be doing anything. He doesn't even have to be saying anything. That is the truth.
And the fact is, Zane could never be more boring than when he was with Priss. He's not capable of that (regardless of the setting or mood) on his own. He has nothing to worry about.
