It's like during World War 2 where they played the Germans against the Russians to devastate Europe, and have the Japanese running amuck in Asia to make the Americans the world's dominant Super Power when the Old Empires (British, French, Dutch, Italian) collapse.
Today the stakes are a lot bigger, I believe that there are factions within the Elites because knowing how they are there can only be one.
