I just thought of something.
Every cell in your body regenerates and the cells in your current body are totally different than the ones you were born and grew up with.
Even the atoms comprising your body are different from the ones your were born with.
The only things that might be consistent are your bones, but your bone marrow would comprise different cells and atoms over time.
So, once you land on another planet and start eating the food grown there you body would eventually comprise of cells and atoms native to that planet.
