So both Beijing and Shanghai are well on their way in the process of shutdown...
They'll start restricting travel in and out of the cities, maybe they already have.
The two largest cities in China.
A lot of people are saying they're already shut down, and simply not calling it that.
Admitting shutdown of those two cities would be a bloodbath in the markets and otherwise.
