Guest posting will never be open and realtime convos between Guests would always be subject to that delay...
Anyone joining would have to have an account in order to discuss in realtime, and they'd have to be vetted for a brief window of time even after signing up.
It's the only way to run a forum now, game changed hard circa 2011-2012.
Webmasters would love this shit they click bane and the cunt goes somewhere else, less likely to change IP and come back.
