Depressing AF.
Quote:A passenger currently on the #GrandPrincess posted this to one of the Princess Cruises Facebook groups.
"On the Grand and Captain just announced all ship passengers are quarantined to our cabins. We will be ordering room service until we leave."- #coronavirus
+ test results?

Wonder who the passenger is or if it's just these ladies?
I don't see anybody else from the ship doing vlogs on a YouTube search.
Lots of idiots now using "Grand Princess" in tags to get attention to their lame videos though.
This guy and his sis are tweeting about their parents who are on board the ship...

Quote:My sister @lauramoy wrote about the ridiculousness on the @PrincessCruises ship off of San Francisco. @CDCgov should be aware that my Mom can't get tested despite showing some symptoms. #coronavirus #GrandPrincess

Quote:Many on the ship, including my parents, are in a high-risk age bracket and also have underlying health conditions. On-ship quarantine was a disaster in Japan and should not be attempted here either. The ship should dock without delay. Every additional day at sea could cost lives.
I also can't understand why there are widespread reports that people with symptoms—including people on the ship and people who were on the previous voyage (from which a passenger later died)—can't get tested if they don't have a fever.
Not testing people who may have been exposed and now have bad respiratory symptoms but no fever seems ill-advised. According to analysis in China, "Fever was present in 43.8% of the patients on admission but developed in 88.7% during hospitalization."
We'll find out more when results come back tomorrow from the first batch of tests on the ship. Hopefully they're all negative! But if any are positive, I hope @GavinNewsom will do the right thing and bring the 4,000 people on the ship ashore to quarantine and be treated there.

She's right about everything besides bringing them ashore...
Where they gonna go, lady?
The people on that ship ALONE would overwhelm the local healthcare system, and the sheeple just don't understand that.
