Two weeks shut down = two weeks wasted when you're
dealing with a four week problem.
It's a psychological tactic...
They want to give people hope, because it's shocking enough to hear of closures in the first place...
2 weeks always becomes a month, this has been the pattern from the start with the closures when they started in China...
A lot of those places over there still aren't back up and running...
They are just using these shorter timeframes to break the ice...
They'll extend it from there as long as they have to.
