It's sad how housecats who have never been outside respond to nature...

Sad Nana
My kitty came from the humane society and she's like a year old or something... she was a tiny little baby kitty when I got her.

I had all these awesome plans to take her outside and whatnot, I was gonna train her to be an outdoors kitty and know what's going on out there in nature.

I got this netted kitty carrier that I was gonna take her in... it's like the size of a backpack.

Fast forward a couple months and she's like way too big to fit in it ROFL!!! She's not fat, but she is a big boned kitty, I call her my "linebacker kitty". She's just stout.

I open the window in my office now since it's warmer out and she gets up there and smells the wind and trips out on the birds flying around.

The other day it rained a lot and there were puddles of water... she jumped up on the window sill and then immediately slipped off and ran away terrified because of the water puddles which she wasn't used to seeing.

It took her a while to finally get up the courage to get on the window sill again, for most of yesterday she just sat on the floor looking at it and smelling.

I don't really know if it was the right thing to do to domesticate the little animals and make them live with us. But they're really nice to have around and they seem pretty happy.
